  • Primary Function - Automation Advocacy (PWS 1.16.7.4, 1.16.2, 1.16.3, 1.16.4.1, 1.16.6, 1.16.7, 1.16.8, 1.16.10): Serves as the program's enterprise-wide automation advocate, proactively assessing all PWS performance requirement areas to identify opportunities where Intelligent Automation (IA), Hyper-automation, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) can streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention. Works directly with functional leads to ensure automation initiatives are architecturally governed and aligned with the enterprise baseline.
  • Cross-Functional Software Environments (PWS 1.16.7.1, 1.16.7.2):** Cross-trained in Software Development environment management and application sustainment. Assists the Development team with maintaining local and remote environments (development, staging, production) and participates in application analysis. Provides direct backup capacity for application support during concurrent sprint cycles, ensuring no gap in Digital Enterprise availability.
