As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Peaceful Envision, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities aimed at improving Patient outcomes. For instance:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of individuals seeking mental health services, identifying their specific needs.
• Create tailored treatment plans based on established best practices and evidence-based, solution-oriented interventions.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address diverse client needs.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and the integrity of patient records.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists, to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights, gather feedback, and ensure seamless treatment delivery.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health challenges, facilitate understanding of treatment options, and connect them with community resources.
• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mental health to continually enhance your practice.
• Manage a full caseload of patients, consistently monitoring and adjusting treatment goals as needed to ensure timely and effective care.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, particularly those undergoing detoxification and recovery processes. You'll be tasked with providing compassionate support and tailored interventions aimed at helping them achieve mental wellness, promoting resilience, and facilitating lasting recovery.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, particularly within substance use or detox environments.
• Proficiency in various solution-based therapeutic interventions and techniques.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
