We're building a contractor bench of experienced UKG Workforce Management consultants for current and upcoming client engagements. This is an opportunity to connect with Align HCM for contract projects that match your expertise, availability, and experience.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a trusted consultant and guide for clients implementing and optimizing UKG Workforce Management solutions, including UKG WFM, UKG Pro WFM, and UKG Dimensions.
  • Support end-to-end implementation activities, including discovery, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and functional solutions.
  • Configure Workforce Management modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Personas, Business Structure, and Attendance.
  • Contribute to requirements documentation, functional designs, configuration documentation, and testing activities.
  • Troubleshoot system and configuration issues during implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders across multiple project workstreams.
  • Manage multiple client engagements and deliverables within a consulting environment.
  • Provide best-practice recommendations and functional guidance to help clients optimize their UKG WFM solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and implementation discussions.
  • Maintain strong UKG product knowledge through ongoing training, certification, and continuous learning.

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Workforce Management or Time & Attendance systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with UKG WFM, UKG Pro WFM, and/or UKG Dimensions is highly preferred and considered a core requirement.
  • Experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) is highly relevant and will be considered, particularly for candidates with strong WFM implementation experience.
  • Experience with UKG UTA (Ultimate Time & Attendance) or other legacy UKG timekeeping platforms is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support for Workforce Management implementations.
  • Experience configuring modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Personas, Business Structure, and/or Attendance.
  • Client-facing implementation, consulting, or solution delivery experience within an HCM/WFM environment.
  • Experience leading a module, workstream, or significant portion of an implementation project.
  • Strong understanding of Workforce Management concepts, including timekeeping rules, pay rules, schedules, accruals, attendance, and employee data structures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed project teams.
  • Willingness to participate in UKG product training, certification programs, and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Contractor readiness: Willingness and ability to engage on a contract basis when a suitable client opportunity becomes available.
  • Availability: Clearly defined current or upcoming availability, including expected notice period and potential start date for contract engagements.
