Responsibilities

The Manager of Business Analysts is responsible for leading, developing, and scaling a highperforming team of Business Analysts within an Agile product delivery organization. This role ensures that BAs are equipped with the skills, tools, and mindset required to operate effectively in value streams, drive clarity in requirements, and foster continuous improvement across teams. The Manager will serve as both a people leader and a strategic partner-coaching BAs, maturing BA practices, and collaborating crossfunctionally to support delivery of highquality business and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & People Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts, providing coaching, performance feedback, and growth pathways.
  • Build training programs to evolve BA capabilities in Agile practices, stakeholder engagement, and requirements craftsmanship.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, continuous learning, and collaboration-aligned with the organization's values.
  • Define and refine BA standards, tools, and processes to ensure consistency and high quality across the teams.
  • Guide BAs in writing effective user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications, aligning with best practices.

Continuous Improvement

  • Reinforce best practices in requirements validation, UAT planning, gap analysis, and solution integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes, tooling, workflows, and delivery practices across teams.
  • Track and monitor BA team performance metrics, delivery trends, and team capacity to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading BAs or crossfunctional project teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and influence skills-capable of engaging and aligning diverse teams.
  • High degree of organization, accountability, and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proactive, self-starter with the balance of technical knowledge and insurance business acumen is preferred.
  • Available to travel to the Wilkes-Barre, PA Corporate Office on a monthly basis. 

Salary Range $77,762.70-$180,082.10 + bonus 

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good-faith estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, credentials, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.

Parsippany, NJ; Conshohocken, PA; WilkesBarre, PA; Alpharetta, GA
