Plays a critical role in enhancing organizational efficiency by analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for ERP system improvements. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business units.

Validates system configurations, supports user acceptance testing (UAT), and monitors ERP performance to optimize functionality and reliability. Provides training and support to end-users while maintaining clear documentation of processes and system changes.

Prepares reports and delivers insights to leadership on project status, risks, and performance, supporting informed decision-making and continuous system improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience supporting PeopleSoft HR, Financial, and Supply Chain applications

  • Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience enhancing ERP system functionality and improving operational efficiency.

    • Proven ability to gather and analyze complex business requirements and facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.

    • Expertise in ERP system validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance monitoring.
