Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to explore clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to inform treatment planning.
• Design and implement tailored individual therapy sessions focused on promoting personal development, emotional healing, and coping skills using various therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate with clients to establish concrete therapeutic goals and track their progress throughout the therapy process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide virtual teletherapy sessions for clients who may have mobility issues or geographical barriers, ensuring accessibility to essential mental health services.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in line with ethical standards and regulatory requirements to ensure continuity of care and compliance.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on the latest therapeutic trends and techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on working with diverse populations facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and adjustment issues. By employing a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, you will facilitate healing and empower clients to overcome obstacles in their lives. The clients you will work with often come from varied backgrounds, providing rich opportunities for culturally informed therapy.

Qualifications

• A current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of secure and trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and understanding, alongside a non-judgmental attitude, to effectively support clients through their individual struggles.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to effectively manage a diverse caseload and associated administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in clinical practice focused on family dynamics, relationship issues, or specialized treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy.
• Previous telehealth experience is advantageous but not required, as training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
