Qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of a current and valid license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Kansas.
  • A strong foundation in mental health disorders and a demonstrable understanding of culturally responsive therapy methods.
  • Experience providing individual and group therapy tailored to diverse populations and varying needs.
  • Excellent crisis intervention skills and the ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.
