Introduction to Role:

Unique Dental Scheduling is predominantly an inbound call handling service for dental offices across the country. You'll be talking with a mixture of existing customers along with potential new patients for our practice customers. This is not a cold calling sales role!


As a work-from-home agent, the pace is dynamic throughout your shift as you answer questions and help schedule patients on dental practice schedules. We provide clear metrics for your success, such as average time spent on a call, how often you schedule a patient, and schedule adherence. Opportunities for pay increases are available at 60 days and then 6 months with performance. This is a fast-paced work environment that comes with excellent support from the team around you. We are a family-owned company with many long-tenured employees; we would love to have you join the family!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete a standard call within 5 minutes.

  • Manage time efficiently while both on and off the phones.
  • Prioritize tasks/calls in order of importance.
  • Respond cooperatively to constructive criticism.
  • MUSTbe able to ensure a distraction free work environment


Education/Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 year post high school education preferred
  • 1-2 years customer service experience required; phone-based highly preferred


Additional Requirements:

  • Must have high-speed internet connection.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background screen.
  • Must successfully pass ALL pre-employment assessments.
  • Must provide two work references with their current contact information at time of the interview.


Equipment and training will be provided. A strong internet connection is required.
