  • Resolve customer questions, complaints, and issues related to our products and services efficiently, accurately, and courteously

  • Navigate our CRM, internal tools, databases, and scripts with confidence and accuracy
  • Consistently meet or exceed call center performance metrics without sacrificing quality-because great customer experience is what we're built on

What We're Looking For
You must have:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center or retail environment

  • Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
