As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your expertise will empower clients from various backgrounds to navigate their unique challenges and achieve their mental health goals.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of mental health issues.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport-building with clients from various cultural backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications.
• Strong crisis intervention capabilities, with a calm approach in high-pressure situations.
