• Monitor and maintain filtration equipment, including bag and cartridge changes based on differential pressure, and track solids removal.

• Complete accurate flushing records, water test logs, chemical usage logs, and shift reports; assist in preparing turnover documentation and final flush reports.

• Coordinate daily activities with general contractor, mechanical contractor, and commissioning agent representatives as directed by the crew lead.

• Troubleshoot common equipment and process issues such as pump cavitation, air binding, low flow, and filter blinding.

• Provide on-the-job training, direction, and mentorship to Field Technician I team members.

• Comply with and help enforce all company, client, and site-specific safety requirements, including lockout/tagout and chemical handling procedures.

• OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred).

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pass background check and drug screen for data center site access.

• Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%) for extended project assignments.

• Proficiency completing digital field documentation and reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience flushing chilled water, condenser water, or TCS/liquid cooling loops in data centers or other mission-critical facilities.

• Experience supporting commissioning (Cx) activities and working to commissioning agent acceptance criteria.

• Certifications such as forklift and aerial lift.

• DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Work is performed at active data center construction sites and operating mission-critical facilities.

• Regular exposure to construction-site conditions, including noise, dust, vibration, temperature extremes, wet surfaces, and energized mechanical equipment.

• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 lbs., including pumps, hoses, filter housings, and temporary piping components.

• Personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, hearing protection, and site-specific PPE) is required at all times on site.

• Shifts are typically 10–12 hours; night, weekend, and holiday work is required to meet project and commissioning schedules.
