Job description

We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team to cover weekend shifts! You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients through telephone and remote support.


Work schedule will be:

Friday: 10:30am to 7:00pm

Saturday: 7:00am to 7:00pm

Sunday: 7:00am to 7:00pm

Monday: 8:30am to 5:00pm


Work hours are not flexible but work from home is acceptable.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance for our clients including patch management, AV scans and OS maintenance
  • Provide technical assistance for networking, security, computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, or using remote support tools
  • Track customer issues and resolutions using a web-based helpdesk application


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to clearly communicate with clients, supervisors and team members
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
