This position allows for a flexible work arrangement, as you will be primarily working remotely yet directly supporting school facilities in Riverside, California. You will collaborate virtually with school administrators, teachers, and parents, ensuring that your interventions are effectively integrated into the students’ educational experiences. As an LCSW, your role will encompass a variety of important tasks aimed at improving client outcomes:

• Conduct thorough assessments of students to identify mental health needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Utilize established behavioral management strategies to address specific challenges faced by students, applying evidence-based practices to ensure effectiveness.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on emotional and social development, helping students build resilience and coping skills.
• Engage families by offering resources and strategies that promote healthy communication and positive changes in behavior.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and the integrity of patient records.
• Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement supportive programs tailored to the needs of the student population.

This role primarily focuses on school-age children, ranging from early childhood through adolescence. You will work with students facing various psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and learning disabilities. Your expertise will provide these young individuals with the support they require to succeed academically and socially within their school environment.

• A valid and active LCSW license in California.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working with children or adolescents in mental health or school settings.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Three or more years of hands-on clinical experience, preferably within educational or school-based settings.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and multi-systemic approaches to therapy.
• Experience with culturally sensitive practices to support diverse populations in the school environment.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary of $115,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to the salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
