Job Title: Tech Systems Analyst – My Biz
Department / Division: Technology / Tech Sales Products and Solutions
Salary Range: $87,297 - $96,487 + Bonus
Location: Ada, MI (In Office M-Th, WFH Fri)

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Tech Systems Analyst to support MyBiz, a mission-critical application used by Amway Business Owners to understand performance and manage their businesses.

In this role, you will partner closely with Product Management, Business Stakeholders, Developers, and Global Markets to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements. You will help ensure the team is solving the right problems and developing scalable solutions that work effectively across markets.

This role is well suited for someone who is curious, analytical, and technically capable, with the ability to understand both the business problem and the technology needed to solve it.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Product Management and business stakeholders to understand needs, processes, and requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and technical direction for developers.
  • Validate requirements and proposed solutions with stakeholders throughout development.
  • Help ensure solutions are scalable and meet the needs of multiple global markets.
  • Support developers with analysis, technical investigation, and preparation needed to move work forward.
  • Use tools such as Jira and Figma to document and communicate requirements and solutions.
  • Run scripts, use debugging tools, and investigate application issues.
  • Support functional testing and market user acceptance testing.
  • Partner with global markets to validate solutions and gather feedback.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and unclear requirements early in the development process.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or Business + 3 years of experience.
  • Experience working as a systems analyst, technical analyst, business systems analyst, or in a comparable technology role.
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for software development teams.
  • Experience supporting software development and testing activities.
  • Experience using Jira and Figma or comparable work-management, design/collaboration tools
  • Ability to perform technical investigation using scripts, debugging tools, or similar methods.
  • Experience collaborating with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
