Job Description

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will transform, maintain, and enhance Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and associated applications to meet Finance business needs. This role involves global, cross-functional collaboration to implement and optimize Billing, Revenue, Collection, Intercompany, and Accounting processes. Your Oracle and domain expertise is vital for delivering innovative, user-friendly solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Manage Oracle Fusion/EBS and boundary apps (80% functional, 20% technical).

  • Review Order-to-Cash for billing, revenue, and accounting of hardware, services, subscriptions, and bundles.

  • Design/own billing processes: e-invoicing (international compliance), project/non-project billing, and invoice documents.

  • Administer integrations: Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Vertex, and boundary apps.

  • Troubleshoot/debug system issues, providing business-level root cause insights/solutions.

  • Leverage Oracle's AI/Agentic AI for efficiency and better business outcomes.

  • Drive process simplification and adopt best practices for enhanced user experience.

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders (US, EMEA, etc.) in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Requirements

  • B.S./M.S. in Comp Sci, CPA, or related field.

  • 5+ years with Oracle Fusion and EBS, focusing on billing, revenue, and accounting for hardware, services, subscriptions, and bundled offers.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.


Target Base Salary Range:$110,000 USD - $125,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
