  • Experience configuring automated alert routing based on device criticality
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Experience building and maintaining SevOne dashboards and reports
  • Ability to analyze recurring network and circuit issues and drive sustainable resolutions

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or related field preferred.
