The Web Developer & Digital Analytics Specialist is responsible for owning and maintaining the Company website and marketing technology, ensuring technical stability, accurate tracking, and actionable insights across all digital channels. This role supports campaign performance, demand generation, and data-driven decision-making through close collaboration with marketing, sales, and technology partners while ensuring reliable measurement and optimization of digital experiences.
Requirements
  • Monitor and maintain site health, including speed, responsiveness, accessibility, security, redirects, and structural integrity.
  • Implement and support technical SEO initiatives, ensuring metadata, indexing, schema, and internal linking are properly executed.
  • The Web Developer & Digital Analytics Specialist will own analytics and tracking systems, including GA4, Tag Manager, dashboards, events, goals, UTMs, and attribution frameworks.
  • Analyze user behavior and conversion performance to identify friction points and recommend improvements.
  • Support paid media and email campaigns by validating tracking, analyzing post-click behavior, and ensuring clean, reliable data.
  • The Web Developer & Digital Analytics Specialist will build email templates, schedule and deploy email campaigns, and maintain email marketing operations including QA, UTMs, segmentation inputs, and performance tracking.
  • Manage marketing technology integrations and automations across CMS, CRM, analytics, ad platforms, and marketing systems.
  • Working knowledge of front-end web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience using web development tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver.
  • Strong proficiency in website management, including CMS updates, page builds site structure, and ongoing technical maintenance.
  • Hands-on expertise with web analytics and tracking systems, including GA4, Google
  • Tag Manager, dashboards, events, goals, UTMs, and attribution models.
  • Ability to monitor and maintain site health, including performance optimization mobile responsiveness, accessibility, redirects, and crawl issues.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate user behavior, identify conversion friction points, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Experience supporting paid media and email campaigns through accurate tracking validation, post-click analysis, and performance diagnostics.

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Web/Data Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related technical field.
Field Experience: At least 5 years of experience in web analytics, website management, data analytics, or technical marketing environments.
