Position Summary:
BenefitHub is seeking a Product Manager to support the strategy, development, and optimization of our consumer-facing digital experiences across mobile apps, web platforms, and browser extensions. As an IC on the team, this role contributes to delivering meaningful savings to our clients' employees while driving profitable growth for our business. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven product manager with experience in eCommerce or consumer platforms, a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences, and an ability to translate business goals into clear product requirements. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination and a commitment to continuous improvement through experimentation, analysis, and iteration.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support cross-functional execution to deliver high-quality products and enhancements-on time, within budget, and aligned to clear success criteria.
  • Use analytics and stakeholder feedback to uncover user needs, drive prioritization, and inform customer-facing documentation and training.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap for BenefitHub's consumer applications, including mobile apps, web platforms, and browser extensions.
  • Help identify and prioritize features that enhance user engagement, deliver savings, and support business growth.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative discovery (interviews, support insights, usage data) to define and validate user problems.
  • Prioritize customer impact through persona-driven decision making and customer validation.
  • Use Agile best practices across planning, prioritization, retrospectives, and post-launch reviews, using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Track OKRs and KPIs; measure product performance through analytics and customer feedback.
  • Leverage tools like Claude, Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel, and A/B or multivariate testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely) to uncover insights and drive continuous optimization.
  • Create documentation and training for customers and key customer-facing teams (marketing, sales, support, account management).
  • Stay informed on competition, market conditions, client feedback, and vendor capabilities, and surface opportunities and product enhancements.
    We value PMs who take initiative, challenge assumptions, and stay grounded in customer needs, always with the customer in mind.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a data-driven, eCommerce, or B2C technology environment.
  • Experience shipping features in mobile and web-based consumer applications.
  • Familiarity with headless commerce architectures and omnichannel digital experiences.
  • Experience in leveraging data to inform product decisions, measure success, and improve user outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills - able to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Comfortable giving presentations, running meetings, and writing detailed documentation.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Power BI.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Exposure to UX/UI collaboration, customer experience design, or behavioral analytics.
  • Experience contributing to products in high-growth, customer-centric organizations.
