Flutter Technical Lead
Los Altos, CA - remote
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Flutter developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Architect and design scalable and maintainable Flutter applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Take ownership of the technical aspects of mobile application development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the mobile development landscape, recommending and implementing best practices to enhance the development process.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with the development team to address challenges and ensure project success.
Participate in the hiring process by interviewing and evaluating potential Flutter developers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Flutter developer with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.
