• Deliver individualized therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy for patients and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.
• Implement measurement-based care methodologies to guide treatment planning, ensuring that treatments are data-driven and goal-oriented.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary care team, including coaches and psychiatrists, to provide comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of program curricula and training protocols by providing valuable feedback based on clinical observations.
• Evaluate and suggest innovative applications of technology in treatment modalities, enhancing overall patient care and engagement.

Our client population primarily consists of children and adolescents experiencing anxiety and related disorders. You will play a crucial role in facilitating their emotional and psychological growth, utilizing therapeutic techniques designed to empower them and enhance their coping mechanisms. Your expertise will guide families through challenges and foster a supportive environment where children feel safe to express themselves.

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A fully independent counseling license in the state of California is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various counseling methodologies tailored to different populations.
• A solid foundation in clinical work with children and adolescents, specifically addressing anxiety and accompanying disorders.
• Experience in providing evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Basic computer skills along with a readiness to embrace and integrate technology into therapeutic practices.
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Sensitivity to and respect for cultural diversity and inclusion in practice.

Candidates with at least two years of experience in a clinical counseling role are preferred. Familiarity with community health settings and technology-assisted therapy techniques will be advantageous. Prior experience working remotely is also a plus.
