We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented Analyst to join our Acquisition Marketing Analytics team. In this role, you'll support the measurement and reporting infrastructure that helps our marketing team make smarter decisions. You'll also work to contribute to the learning agenda across incrementality and creative testing. What you'll do:
  • Build & maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports
  • Automate recurring reporting & operational workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
  • Support the management and QA for marketing data pipelines across paid channels
  • Monitor day-to-day performance across acquisition channels, surfacing insights to marketing team stakeholders
  • Support channel leaders in implementing incrementality tests and strategies
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to support media buying decisions with data-driven insights and recommendations
What you have:
  • 2+ years of experience in data & analytics, specifically in a role supporting paid media channels
  • Hands-on experience with digital channels, app-based acquisition, and MMP platforms strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Exceptional communicator with experience presenting to business stakeholders
  • Ability to work with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Finance, Product)
  • Strong project management
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced SQL
    • Tableau (strongly preferred) or similar BI tool
    • Excel
    • Python (preferred for modeling, automation, or statistical analysis)

The typical salary range for this position is $85,000 to $115,000. At PrizePicks, we consider your role, level, and where you'll be working when determining our salary ranges. Your actual pay within that range will depend on your specific work location, as well as your skills, experience, and education.
