Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Middle UX Researcher based in Netherlands.

As a Middle UX Researcher, you will help shape user-centered digital products by uncovering meaningful insights that drive design and product decisions. Working within a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze user behavior, and transform findings into actionable recommendations. You will contribute to improving research processes, maintaining user knowledge repositories, and supporting teams throughout the product development lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to influence user experiences through evidence-based decision-making while collaborating with designers, product teams, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Accountabilities
  • Plan, prepare, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies.
  • Design research materials, including surveys, questionnaires, usability tests, and interview guides.
  • Support participant recruitment and coordinate user interviews and usability testing sessions.
  • Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data from research activities and analytics tools.
  • Prepare research reports, presentations, and actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain and continuously enrich the organization's user knowledge base.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for improving the user experience.
  • Conduct competitive research and benchmark industry best practices.
  • Contribute to refining and improving research methodologies, workflows, and internal processes.
Requirements
  • Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative UX research.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and user journey mapping.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques.
  • Ability to synthesize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience creating research reports, presentations, and stakeholder-ready documentation.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and design tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using remote user testing and research tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • A degree or specialized training in UX Research, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field is considered an advantage.
