Job Title : Oracle EBS HCM - Core HR
Location : Remote
Duration: Long term
Job Description:
  • Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Oracle EBS HCM modules.
  • In-depth understanding of HR business processes and data structures.
  • Managing and configuring Oracle's E-Business Suite Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, with responsibilities including gathering requirements, developing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system upgrades.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and identify the data elements and extract that data from Oracle EBS database.
  • Strong experience of SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with integrations, data flows, and system administration in Oracle EBS.
  • Experience with HR implementations.
  • Good to have Oracle certifications, such as the Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) for EBS R12 Human Capital Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
