Title: Oracle HCM Developer

Locations: Remote

Duration: Long-term Contract

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM development.

Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, and Payroll.

Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Data Loader (HDL), and HCM Extracts.

Expertise in developing Fast Formulas and configuring workflows within Oracle HCM.

Experience with BI Publisher and OTBI for reporting purposes.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist – Oracle HCM Cloud.

Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware and other Oracle Cloud services.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
