Job description

Enova International is hiring! We provide a pay rate of $17.00/hr, coupled with a quarterly performance bonus and various other incentive programs. This role is entirely remote; however, candidates must reside in the state of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Iowa, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Idaho, Wyoming or Wisconsin.


About the role:
Enova operates multiple consumer lending brands, each featuring distinct offerings and customer criteria. As a Customer Service Representative, you will participate in an in-depth 4-week training program to specialize in a specific brand. Following the completion of training, you will manage inbound calls from customers while delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions and providing service
  • Manage and respond to all customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on our products and services
  • Deliver high-quality support by handling tasks related to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-related matters to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication
  • Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information


Requirements:

  • Experience in a call center setting is preferred
  • Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices
  • Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types
  • Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively

Compensation:
The budgeted hourly rate for this position is $17.00. Additional compensation for this role may include bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail at enova.com/culture
