Looking for a remote opportunity with a nationally recognized retail brand? Graham Personnel Services is hiring Seasonal Remote Customer Support Representatives to help deliver an exceptional customer experience during the holiday season.

In this role, you'll assist customers with online orders, shipping questions, returns, promotions, and product inquiries. If you're comfortable navigating multiple computer systems, enjoy helping people, and can remain calm in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Assist customers with online orders and account inquiries
  • Help customers navigate the company website
  • Provide information regarding products, promotions, shipping, and returns
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Research issues and determine appropriate solutions
  • Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction

Qualifications
  • Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferred
