Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments for mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders, and facilitate access to appropriate treatment resources.

  • Safeguard patient confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements in documentation, communications, and care delivery.
  • Participate in regular supervision, case conferences, and quality improvement meetings to contribute to team development and organizational effectiveness.
