Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactively surface risks and opportunities that may impact performance or scalability.
  • Contribute to analytics best practices, documentation, and standardization within the Business Analytics team.

Immediate Focus Areas

  • Provide support for deep-dive analysis of key focus areas of Revenue Operations.
  • Build and maintain foundational dashboards to track campaign efficiency, ROI, and incremental VMD.
  • Partner with Media/Publisher stakeholders to understand priorities, workflows, and pain points.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations that drive improvements in performance and operational efficiency.

Key Metrics & Business Impact

This role will directly impact:

  • Incremental VMD through improved distribution optimization.
  • Cost per Conversion by identifying and reducing inefficiencies.
  • Campaign ROI via high-quality analysis and insight-driven decision-making.
  • Year-over-Year Growth by supporting scalable analytics for a rapidly expanding business line.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 3-5 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience querying data in Snowflake.
  • Proven experience delivering insights that influence business decisions.
  • Ability to work independently on moderately complex analytical problems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business narratives.

Preferred

  • Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience partnering with product or engineering teams.
