• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via video chat to clients, ensuring a supportive and safe environment.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs.
• Support clients in developing essential coping strategies, effective problem-solving techniques, and improved communication skills through structured guidance.
• Regularly evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when appropriate to enhance care coordination and advocate for clients’ needs.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. This demographic often includes individuals seeking support in managing stress, anxiety, mild depression, or life transitions. • A current Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of a current state license as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with independent licensure that allows for unsupervised practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with a high level of computer proficiency to navigate our counseling platform effectively.
• A reliable broadband internet connection must be maintained to facilitate uninterrupted virtual sessions.
• No disciplinary actions on your professional record are essential for this role.

• Previous experience in a remote counseling setting is a plus and may accelerate onboarding.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and engaging with clients through virtual formats.
• Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to diverse client backgrounds.
