Remote Call Center Supervisor

Shifts: Vary
Training: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Remote)
Normal: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Remote)

**Must be available for any 8hr shifts within the 12 hour range, Holidays, and Weekends when business needs arise**

Pay Rate: $28/hour
Experience: 5 years of experience in a call center supervisor role.

Remote Call Center Supervisor Job Summary: Work collaboratively to lead, coach, and support a team of virtual customer service representatives. Oversee daily call center operations, queue management, and service level agreement (SLA) adherence. 


Remote Call Center Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Direct, mentor, and motivate a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals are met.
  • Manage real-time call queue metrics, agent adherence, and operational adjustments.
  • Complete operational documentation, performance reports, and team metrics tracking.
