• Conduct compassionate, ethical individual counseling sessions through video communication, ensuring established therapeutic rapport.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic modalities to drive meaningful engagement during sessions.
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that accommodate their unique mental health needs.
• Guide clients in gaining deeper insights into their emotions, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships.
• Continuously monitor and assess client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to foster healthy coping mechanisms.

In this role, you will primarily engage with stable, low-acuity adults who are navigating various mental health challenges. By fostering trust and understanding, you will support them in building essential skills to enhance their quality of life. Our goal is to empower these individuals, equipping them with tools to manage their experiences effectively.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A valid, state-issued mental health counseling license allowing for independent practice. We are currently seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), or Psychologists.
• Applicants should not have any disciplinary actions on their licensure and must hold full licensure (no limited or provisional licenses).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a compassionate nature.
• Solid proficiency in computer usage, including familiarity with video conferencing tools.
• Reliable technology setup, including a computer with audio and video capabilities and a dependable internet connection.

• Experience with diverse client demographics and various mental health issues.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms for therapy and a commitment to seamless virtual interactions.
• A background in solution-focused therapeutic techniques is highly preferred.
