Administrative tasks, including billing and client management, are streamlined to reduce your workload, allowing you to focus on what you do best: providing exceptional mental health care.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, focusing on enhancing clients’ emotional health and overall well-being.
• Facilitate discussions that allow clients to express emotions, reflect on experiences, and gain insights into their behaviors and relationships.
• Advocate for clients, helping them to articulate personal goals and navigate the treatment process effectively.
• Assess clients’ mental health status through comprehensive evaluations, devising and implementing effective treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies and clinical best practices.
• Utilize the therapist portal for client documentation, assessment, and referral management, ensuring efficient service delivery.

You will primarily serve clients who are prescreened, demonstrating stabilized mental health with low acuity needs. This allows you to work with individuals who are looking for support in managing their mental wellness, engaging in their healing process, and achieving personal growth without the added pressure of crisis-level situations.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possession of an independent license to practice, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW, from the applicable state board.
• Ability to make informed clinical evaluations and recommendations, utilizing a solution-focused approach based on individual client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients to encourage openness in the therapeutic process.
• Competency in utilizing technology, with strong computer literacy skills necessary for navigating the therapist portal and conducting virtual sessions.

• Experience working within a community health clinic or similar setting, providing remote therapy.
• Demonstrated success in developing individualized treatment plans and maintaining a full client caseload.
• Background in utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques that cater to various client demographics and needs.
