I&S Talk Therapy Counseling Center is seeking dedicated, licensed mental health professionals to join our dynamic and growing counseling network. This position allows you to work fully remotely while providing essential therapeutic support to adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. As a licensed therapist in our organization, you will engage with clients through video chat to deliver high-quality, individualized mental health care.

Our team consists of diverse professionals, including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and other qualified mental health providers, all collaborating to deliver exceptional care and support.

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to establish a work environment that suits your needs. You will maintain a professional and confidential atmosphere as you conduct therapy sessions from your own location. Our outpatient office setting ensures that you have on-demand access to resources and support, while the virtual nature of this position enables a balanced work-life integration.

• Provide ethical and effective individual mental health counseling sessions to clients through video conferencing platforms.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that outline achievable goals.
• Guide clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and relationships, fostering insight and self-awareness.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
• Develop healthy coping mechanisms in clients, empowering them to handle challenges and improve their overall mental health.

Your primary focus will be on providing care to stable, low-acuity adults facing a spectrum of mental health challenges. Our clients may struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Engaging with a population that is often seeking improvement and growth allows therapists to witness substantial progress and meaningful change in their clients' lives.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license, allowing independent practice (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or PsyD).
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must hold fully licensed credentials free from disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, a compassionate nature, and a strong commitment to client empowerment.
• Proficient in computer literacy; familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus.
• A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities, as well as a stable internet connection for conducting virtual sessions.

• Experience in providing therapy via telehealth or digital platforms.
• Previous work with a diverse client population, understanding the unique challenges faced by various demographics.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and the ability to integrate them into treatment.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
