• Provide one-on-one counseling to clients during scheduled sessions using video conferencing tools, ensuring a professional and respectful environment.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse range of adult clients who are screened thoroughly before joining our platform. Clients typically display low acuity levels and are seeking support to improve their mental health, making them ideal candidates for telehealth services. This focus allows you to utilize your expertise effectively, contributing to their emotional growth and recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold a current and unrestricted LPC license, allowing you to practice independently without supervision. Note: No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted.
• Excellent communication skills are a must, along with strong interpersonal abilities to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms—computer literacy is essential for managing your online practice efficiently.

We value experience in providing counseling through remote mediums. Previous roles involving teletherapy or similar online services could enhance your effectiveness in this position. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is also beneficial, although training on our specific platform will be provided.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on hours worked and experience.
