• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing trust and fostering positive therapeutic relationships, while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, ensure the stability of their mental health, and determine appropriate discharge timelines when necessary.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment records, and intake assessments, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions multiple times each week, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities as suitable for each client.
• Engage in individual supervision for professional development, receiving feedback and support from seasoned clinicians.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment.
• Embrace a growth mindset by actively seeking new knowledge and professional experiences to enhance clinical skills and client outcomes.

You will be serving a diverse patient population, including adults and children facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial issues. Our practice emphasizes creating a welcoming environment where all clients can feel safe to share their experiences, enabling us to offer targeted, effective therapeutic solutions.

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.
• Unrestricted, independent, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is required.
• Proficiency in using computer systems including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for client management and documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.
• Comfortable conducting detailed intake assessments as part of the client engagement process.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly in family therapy and trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with community resources and the ability to leverage them for client support.
• Ongoing participation in relevant workshops and continuing education is highly encouraged.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Compensation will be structured through a fee-for-service model, with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, eliminating delays in reimbursement. Additional compensation includes:
