This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home with a flexible schedule. Our telehealth approach enables you to provide therapy sessions via video chat, fostering a safe environment for clients to engage in discussions about their mental health. You will typically conduct individual sessions with pre-screened clients who are stable and have low acuity, ensuring that you can focus on delivering effective, compassionate care that leads to meaningful results.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions through video conferencing to help clients improve their mental health.
• Facilitate open discussions with clients regarding their emotions and life experiences, encouraging them to develop deeper insights into their thoughts and relationships.
• Advocate for clients by assisting them in defining their personal goals for therapy and mental well-being.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions using evidence-based practices, and collaboratively develop treatment plans that leverage your professional experience.
• Monitor and document clients' progress throughout their treatment journeys, making adjustments to plans as necessary.
• Stay current with best practices in mental health counseling and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

The primary population we serve consists of individuals seeking mental health support for various issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. All clients in our network are pre-screened for stability, allowing you to focus on providing effective care to those who can benefit most from your expertise. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An independent license issued by the state board, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong ability to make professional evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, providing a sympathetic and understanding demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Proficient computer skills with familiarity in telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting or virtual therapy.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of the unique challenges they may face.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.
