As a remote organization based in Elizabeth, New Jersey, we prioritize a flexible and supportive work environment for our mental health professionals. You will be providing counseling services from the comfort of your own home, utilizing our user-friendly online portal for therapy sessions and administrative tasks. This setup allows you to balance work and personal life while maintaining a full clinical caseload.

• Conduct compassionate and ethical individual therapy sessions via video conferencing, ensuring a safe space for clients to express themselves.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor individual therapeutic interventions that address specific client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to create and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving desirable mental health outcomes.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients gain insights into their emotions, experiences, and relationships, fostering greater self-awareness.
• Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize their coping strategies and overall well-being.

Your primary focus will be on providing care for stable, low-acuity adults who present with various mental health concerns. These clients often seek assistance in developing skills to improve their quality of life. Our goal is to empower them to manage their mental health effectively, ensuring they feel supported and understood.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state-issued mental health counseling license allowing you to work independently without supervision. Ideal credentials include Licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• No limited or provisional licenses and absences of any disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Technical proficiency, including a reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting virtual sessions, and a stable internet connection.

• Experience in delivering telehealth services or remote counseling.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques applicable for treating low-acuity clients.
• Previous clinical experience that demonstrates a track record of successful client outcome management and engagement.

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience, alongside a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
