As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct empathetic and ethical individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and secure environment for clients.
• Employ a range of evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that effectively address the unique circumstances and mental health needs of each client.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships to foster self-awareness and personal growth.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
