Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone)
  • Educating customers about their benefit coverages and providing them with policy solutions that meet their needs.
  • Assist clients in transaction processing, and account information updates as required.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching.


Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service and sales is ideal, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
  • Computer literacy and strong internet connection.
