• Conduct individual therapy sessions through secure video conferencing, focusing on strategies that improve clients’ mental health and emotional well-being.
• Facilitate open discussions with clients about their emotions and experiences, aiding them in gaining insights into their behaviors and relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining therapeutic goals and working collaboratively to achieve them.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and develop personalized, solution-focused treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough but streamlined documentation of client progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, primarily comprising stable adults who exhibit low acuity mental health issues. Our screening process ensures that you are paired with individuals ready to engage in therapy and address areas such as anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by a state board; provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• Ability to conduct professional evaluations, make clinical decisions, and develop effective treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including empathy and active listening, coupled with a strong commitment to client advocacy.
• Proficient computer literacy, including the ability to navigate telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems efficiently.

• A minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field, particularly in clinical settings involving individual counseling.
• Experience with telehealth technologies and remote counseling services is highly desirable.
