Your Mission
You will generate net-new business by leveraging established relationships and consultative selling expertise. You will own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting through contract execution—positioning The AES Group INC. as a trusted IT staffing partner within the SMB and MSP ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Â Drive aggressive net-new logo acquisition across SMB and MSP accountsÂ
- Â Leverage existing professional relationships to secure immediate revenue opportunitiesÂ
- Â Build and execute strategic sales plans focused on new business generationÂ
- Â Develop executive-level relationships with hiring leaders, procurement teams, and MSP program stakeholdersÂ
- Â Identify and penetrate opportunities within MSP/VMS environmentsÂ
- Â Lead consultative sales conversations, solution positioning, proposals, pricing, and negotiationsÂ
- Â Partner with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful fulfillmentÂ
- Â Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and revenue reportingÂ
- Â Track IT staffing trends to strengthen market positioning and competitive differentiationÂ
Required Qualifications
- Â 10+ years of IT staffing or IT solutions/services sales experienceÂ
- Â Proven success in new logo acquisition within SMB and MSP environmentsÂ
- Â Strong industry network capable of producing immediate new businessÂ
- Â Working knowledge of MSP models, VMS platforms, staffing lifecycle, and delivery operationsÂ
- Â Track record of exceeding revenue targetsÂ
- Â Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and executive relationship management skillsÂ
-  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (preferred)Â

- Â Experience across contract staffing, direct hire, SOW-based engagements, and managed servicesÂ
- Â Ability to independently build a pipeline and close high-value staffing agreementsÂ
