Your Mission
You will generate net-new business by leveraging established relationships and consultative selling expertise. You will own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting through contract execution—positioning The AES Group INC. as a trusted IT staffing partner within the SMB and MSP ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
  •  Drive aggressive net-new logo acquisition across SMB and MSP accounts 
  •  Leverage existing professional relationships to secure immediate revenue opportunities 
  •  Build and execute strategic sales plans focused on new business generation 
  •  Develop executive-level relationships with hiring leaders, procurement teams, and MSP program stakeholders 
  •  Identify and penetrate opportunities within MSP/VMS environments 
  •  Lead consultative sales conversations, solution positioning, proposals, pricing, and negotiations 
  •  Partner with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful fulfillment 
  •  Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and revenue reporting 
  •  Track IT staffing trends to strengthen market positioning and competitive differentiation 
Required Qualifications
  •  10+ years of IT staffing or IT solutions/services sales experience 
  •  Proven success in new logo acquisition within SMB and MSP environments 
  •  Strong industry network capable of producing immediate new business 
  •  Working knowledge of MSP models, VMS platforms, staffing lifecycle, and delivery operations 
  •  Track record of exceeding revenue targets 
  •  Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and executive relationship management skills 
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (preferred)

  •  Pure hunter mindset with relationship-led sales execution 
  •  Experience across contract staffing, direct hire, SOW-based engagements, and managed services
