• Enhance caregiver skills by fostering responsive parenting techniques, through active listening to family needs and values, while also recognizing individual children's social and emotional requirements.
• Implement and utilize various therapeutic modalities to address a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, addiction, end-of-life issues, and behavioral concerns.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams by providing expert consultations, merging compassionate care with psychological insights to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate medical records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring continuity of care and legal compliance.

This position primarily focuses on serving families with young children and individuals from diverse backgrounds. • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
