Job Overview:

Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
  • Experience with analyzing cross functional requirements.
  • Understanding of Call Center IVR and Agentic AI based applications.
  • Experience translating high level requirements into techno-functional requirements based on the Solution Architecture.
  • Good understanding of Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities.
  • Understanding of Agentic AI Evals.
  • Experience with healthcare service applications and business processes is preferred.
  • Understanding of Voice and Chat AI Agents is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements for AI-driven solutions.
  • Translate high-level business needs into detailed techno-functional specifications.
  • Collaborate on solutioning for Agentic AI and Generative AI initiatives.
  • Analyze cross-functional requirements to ensure alignment with solution architecture.
