• Provide individual counseling sessions to clients seeking therapeutic support, utilizing video chat technology to facilitate appointments.
• Assist clients in articulating their feelings and experiences, fostering an open dialogue aimed at enhancing emotional understanding.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs through active listening and targeted questioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that define clear, achievable goals while employing a solution-focused approach to counseling.

In this role, you will engage primarily with stable, low-acuity clients seeking guidance on a variety of mild to moderate mental health concerns. To qualify for this position, candidates are required to:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possess a full, unrestricted license in one of the following areas: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Note: Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client interactions.
• Demonstrate proficiency with technology and online counseling platforms.

While not mandatory, candidates who possess prior experience in telehealth counseling or have a background in managing low-acuity cases will be highly regarded. We value counselors who have a proven track record of helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, contingent upon the number of hours worked. Additional benefits include:
