The Roleย 
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and work on enterprise client engagements.ย 
You will collaborate with client business and technology teams, contribute to real software projects,ย 
and develop your skills in AI-assisted development, working at the intersection of software and AI,ย 
where demand is growing fastest.ย 
All new engineers begin with our 4-week FDE Foundations program at no cost to you. It is hands-on,ย 
designed to sharpen your technical skills and AI fluency on real tools before your first clientย 
engagement so you come out more capable and more marketable. Strong performers are selectedย 
for our paid training program, positioning them for placement on enterprise client projects uponย 
graduation.ย 


What You Will Doย 
โ€ข Contribute to software development projects for enterprise clientsย 
โ€ข Write clean, maintainable code across the full stackย 
โ€ข Apply AI and GenAI tools to improve development speed and qualityย
