Job Overview:

Pay Range: $32.47hr - $37.47hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management support, project controls, operations, or a related role.
  • Associates degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a business environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications.
  • Experience in word processing, presentation packages, and spreadsheet packages.
  • Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with Adobe software to be able to create/modify PDF files.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate project resources and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular project updates, and addressing concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying potential project roadblocks; investigate and resolve issues early to minimize impact.
