As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Montage Health Care Inc., you will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Applicants with limited or provisional licenses will not be considered.
• No disciplinary actions or ethical violations in prior practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with a nurturing and supportive disposition.
• Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in telehealth platforms.

• Experience in telehealth counseling or remote therapy is highly desirable but not mandatory.
