This role is entirely remote, leveraging advanced technologies to provide counseling services from the comfort of your home. Our team operates in a cloud-based environment, facilitating seamless communication and documentation through a secure electronic health records (EHR) system. Counselors benefit from a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform designed to maintain client confidentiality and ensure compliance with insurance regulations including Medicaid and Medicare.

As an LPC within our organization, you will be responsible for:

• Providing remote counseling services to clients through individual, family, and group sessions using our telehealth platform.
• Developing and implementing treatment programs aimed at addressing symptoms of mental health disorders, trauma, and dual diagnoses.
• Conducting thorough assessments to identify client needs, formulate treatment plans, and track progress.
• Utilizing a cloud-based EHR system to document client interactions and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the overall quality of care provided to clients.
• Maintaining confidentiality at all times to protect client information.

You will primarily work with diverse populations facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. Your experience and empathetic approach will be invaluable in helping clients navigate their challenges, empowering them to take control of their mental well-being.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of three years of documented experience in mental health counseling.
• A reliable laptop or desktop computer with a high-speed internet connection and functional web camera for telehealth sessions.
• The ability to work independently and consistently manage your schedule.
• A commitment to a thorough background check prior to employment.

While not mandatory, additional experience in working with specific populations or advanced certifications in mental health treatment modalities will be advantageous. Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth practices will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
