What Impact You'll Have

GRVTY is currently seeking a Solution Architect (SA) to join our Intelligence and Defense Business areas. The SA will work across Business Development, contract execution, and the technology sectors of the corporation to help customers solve their more demanding challenges. You will be responsible for the investigation and implementation of emerging technologies and technical capabilities that are targeted to customer and corporate needs. Working with business development and other subject matter experts you will dissect customer RFPs, develop technical solution roadmaps, assist in writing proposals, and lead research and development projects. ย The ideal SA will also be capable of translating complex technical tasks and technologies into digestible narratives that allow customers to envision the art of the possible and embrace new and innovate approaches.

What You'll be Owning

  • Research and construct technical solutions for areas as assigned including but not limited to customer RFPs, strategic white papers, IRADs, and other potential investment and capture areas.
  • Development of technical solutions for enterprise level deployments with a specific focus on Defense and Intelligence space arenas.
  • Drive assigned IRADs with project management skills - tracking cost, timelines, and delivery cycles to mature Technical Readiness Levels
  • Communicate and collaborate with other SMEs across technical domains to drive differentiation and innovation into a capture
  • Work with the program teams and leadership to identify technology and solution roadmaps to improve mission enterprise capabilities
  • Act as primary author for technical components of key captures to include contributions to capture milestone events
  • Partner with the Business Development team to support new business strategies, including the development of technical solutions, basis of estimates, white papers, industry relationships, and responses to RFIs and RFPs
  • Strengthen existing programs with application of technology and/or innovation by leveraging known technology and solutions on current programs and new business

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience of relevant experience in computer science, engineering, data science, or other STEM discipline. ย Additional years of relevant experience will be considered.
  • Experience as a lead engineer for government programs valued at $50M annual revenue or greater. Other contributions like IRAD management and COTS development expertise may be considered.ย 
  • Awareness of leading technology capability providers that enhance our technical solutions, specifically GEOINT, space domain technologies, and AI/ML implementation.
  • Direct experience with NSG systems and adjacent architectures
  • Agile development experience as applied to CPAF/CPIF/CPFF contract vehicles
  • DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline expertise deployed on programs at-scale
  • Experience as a solution architect and/or technical volume lead on captures and proposals
  • US citizenย 
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

What Would be Nice to Have

  • Direct experience supporting NGA, NRO, and/or COCOMs related to J2 work areas
  • Experience having worked successful partnerships with suppliers on proposals
  • GEOINT-specific technology background
  • Remote sensing education or first-hand experience
  • Strong briefing skills, specifically related to technology demonstrations
