• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' unique emotional and psychological experiences, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored to the individual needs of each patient while considering their cultural and personal contexts.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address mental health challenges, foster resilience, and encourage personal growth among clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care that meets the holistic needs of our patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources that can enhance their therapeutic journey.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings, contributing your insights and strategies to improve patient outcomes.
• Stay informed about current research, best practices, and relevant cultural considerations in mental health therapy to enhance your therapeutic effectiveness.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California is essential for this position.
• A strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatments, and cultural competence in therapy practices.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy using culturally responsive and inclusive approaches.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention, with the ability to remain composed during challenging situations.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and standard computer applications for documentation and communication.
